After 25 years in the development industry and three years in residential property management, Nadine Kirley decided to alter direction with renewed passion and began consulting in the industry she knows best! Now, Nadine shares her passion for town planning, good urban design and sustainability with those who need a professional town planner to guide them through the development assessment maze. Nadine's passion for sustainability and good design outcomes means that she can help you to work with your site's constraints to deliver a balanced and workable outcome. With 8 years experience as a strategic and development assessment town planner in local government, together with 18 years in private enterprise coupled with 3 years working in real estate, Nadine has the skills to prepare your town planning application so that it will be received in the best possible way by local government assessment planners. Nadine thrives on helping others and delivering good design outcomes. Many years in the industry between the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Hervey Bay means that Nadine has a wide network of specialists to call on when these are required for your project. Nadine is a member of the Planning Institute of Australia and currently a committee member in the Fraser Coast Branch of the Urban Development Institute of Australia. Nadine's experience includes heritage planning and assessment as well as sustainable design, CPTED, and building energy efficiency.
